• Uploads are billed in blocks of 100 and rounded up to the next block

• 175 names = 2 lead credits
• 400 names = 4 lead credits
• 401 names = 5 lead credits
• 1,000 names = 10 lead credits
What happens next
After upload, each address is processed through our property data workflow, a teaser valuation is generated, and a personalized email is sent to the homeowner. If the homeowner continues into the full valuation flow, your normal lead-charge workflow applies when they engage.

Examples:
1-100 uploaded = 1 lead credit
101-200 uploaded = 2 lead credits
201-300 uploaded = 3 lead credits
301-400 uploaded = 4 lead credits
401 uploaded = 5 lead credits
1000 uploaded = 10 lead credits
Important:
• You are billed on uploaded rows, not only valid emails
• Only validated emails will be sent
• To reduce credits used, run your file through the Email Validator first
• A full lead charge only applies when the homeowner completes the valuation
