• Minimum upload is 100 records

• Bulk email setup is charged at 1 lead credit per 100 names

• Uploads are billed in blocks of 100 and rounded up to the next block

Examples

• 100 names = 1 lead credit

• 175 names = 2 lead credits

• 400 names = 4 lead credits

• 401 names = 5 lead credits

• 1,000 names = 10 lead credits

What happens next

After upload, each address is processed through our property data workflow, a teaser valuation is generated, and a personalized email is sent to the homeowner. If the homeowner continues into the full valuation flow, your normal lead-charge workflow applies when they engage.
