This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Leads (“Orbit Leads,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information across the family of real estate technology products we operate — including buyer discovery apps, seller marketplaces, agent-matching services, and an agent CRM (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies whichever Orbit Leads product you use, unless a specific product posts its own supplemental policy. By using any Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email, phone number, and — for real estate professionals — license, brokerage, and service-area (territory) details, plus payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Situation & preference information: what you tell us when describing why you’re looking for a home, an agent, or a buyer — such as timeline, budget, location, and life event — so we can match you to the right specialist or listing.

Property & listing data: homes you view, save, or list, and boards or collections you build within our buyer and seller products.

Contacts and leads professionals add: where a real estate professional uses our CRM, they may upload or enter contact and lead information (names, emails, phone numbers, notes). The professional controls this data and is responsible for having the right to provide it and to contact those individuals.

Usage & device data that helps the Services function, and a push token if you enable notifications.

How we use information

To operate our real estate intelligence engine and route consumers to the right specialist by situation, market, and proven performance; to provide and operate our CRM for agents; to process subscriptions and payments; to send service and product notifications; to provide support; to secure and improve the Services; and to comply with the law.

Your role for contact data you upload

For contacts and leads a real estate professional adds to their account, that professional is the data controller and Orbit Leads acts as processor — we handle that data on their behalf to provide the Services. Professionals are responsible for their own compliance with applicable marketing, calling, and texting laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules) when contacting those people.

How we share information

Across our product family: because Orbit Leads operates multiple products that feed one matching engine and one centralized CRM, information may be shared among our own products to make a match, route a lead, or provide the Services you request. Service providers that host, process payments, send email/text, analyze, and support the Services under confidentiality obligations. Lead routing: where a Service matches and delivers a consumer to a real estate professional, the consumer’s relevant details are shared with that professional. Legal reasons when required. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Communications & choices

We send account, transactional, and product emails, and (where you provide a number) texts. You can opt out of marketing messages via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP, and manage push notifications in your device settings. You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Retention & security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no system is completely secure.

Children & California rights

The Services are not directed to children under 13. California residents may request to know, access, or delete their personal information and to opt out of certain sharing; we do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
