Which product does my question relate to? Any Orbit Leads question is welcome here — including questions about matching, listings, boards, territories, or billing on any of our products. Tell us which product and account email you’re using and we’ll route it.

How do territories and billing work? Claiming a territory in LeadsToClose is an optional monthly subscription billed through our web checkout. You can manage or cancel it anytime from your account.

How do I stop emails or texts? Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to a text.

How do I delete my account or data? Email us at the address above and we’ll take care of it.
